My name is Chelsey and I am here to help you breathe.

Yoga means "to yoke" or "to unite" - body, mind, and breath. My goal for Breathe Align Yoga is to assist my clients in learning to personally identify where, when, and how to utilize their breath to achieve states of peace, relaxation, focus, and energy - both on and off the mat.
Through the practice of Yoga, we find internal stillness; and in this stillness, we open to the Path that leads us hOMe. If I can help one person take a deep, satisfying, nourishing, fulfilling breath that encourages this stillness, I will have served.

Feeling a little nervous to go solo, or maybe you have a get together that Yoga would accompany perfectly? Get your friend(s) and let's play!

Personalized Video Recording
Sometimes you can't make it to a meeting, and that's okay - Yoga teaches us to honor our energy. Let's discuss your goals and I'll create a personalized video recording for you to practice on your time.
How it works
First, I'll send a brief three question survey to gather information about what you're looking for out of a session: release tension and tightness, help an old injury, mobility or strength training, stress reduction, or something else.
Then we will select a location that's convenient to meet, whether that's from the comfort of your own home, a nearby park, the beach, or a studio (as available).
All you'll need to bring at the time of our meeting is a water bottle and towel - and a curious mind! If you have your own mat and props, of course you're welcome to bring those, but they are not required for a session as I have all materials we'll need already on hand.
